Nobody has yet contacted me about not being able to access my account to update my maps. My maps are outdated and they need to be updated ASAP.

Change of address issue unresolved
I have requested a change of business address on multiple occasions and even submitted documentation to support the update, to no avail! This is extremely disappointing as we have vendors awaiting this update in order to proceed with business-related matters.

Wrong address on business
Actual assistance with real-time issues.
My house address is being improperly shared on MapQuest. I tried to call their customer service phone number.
A man's voice says hello, then nothing after that... I try to start a conversation, but the phone remains silent.

Need to Update Business address
Hello Mapquest team,
I am contacting you regarding a correction for my business unit number, which is written incorrectly.
On the Map Quest website, the address is mentioned as 2070 Steeles Ave E 19
Brampton, ON L6T 1A7, but my unit number is Unit 18, not 19.
I would appreciate it if this could be looked into.

I have some issues with my business on search Google search engine being tied if you push on my business information it links to another business with all of their information and none of mine I have
My business information is being tied to another business. If I push my business information link on the Google search engine, it goes to another business.
MapQuest is where my business information is located. When I perform a search engine query for my business, it shows my cleaning services linked with MapQuest. When I click that link, it directs me to another company with all their information, and there's nothing that references my information. My business name is Dustbuster Cleaning Services.
When I search for it using MapQuest on the Google search engine, it pulls up another company's information. I'd like my information completely removed from MapQuest because I've been having trouble trying to get them to remove the information without re-adding it and connecting it to another business. I would appreciate if someone could call me back at my phone number, 512-635-****. Dustbuster Cleaning Service is a free listing that has probably been deleted by MapQuest.
However, somehow my information is still appearing on the search engine, connected to another business that isn't mine, with all of their information. I feel they're using my business information to advertise another company, possibly even multiple companies, and I need this issue resolved.

Request my business be removed
I had sent several requests first to update my business information then several to remove my business from MapQuest all together. It's been well over a year I get nothing.

Need to have someone I can discuss a problem. Phone number sent me to a chat which is justanswer.com. They want me to pay them to send me to a technician to correct their incorrect listing.
My home address is incorrectly listed as a business address, resulting in packages being sent to my home address for the business. I have not been able to talk to a real person at Mapquest. Their phone number directs me to a chat with justanswer.com, which wants me to pay to correct their error.

WRONG ADDRESS
Good morning,
I have tried to reach out about the wrong address on your website. You have people going to a persons house, not a business.
I have not heard back from anyone.
I have tried to call and all I get is "hello?" then nothing. Please respond immediately, or we will be forced to take legal action as this is the 6th time we have tried to reach out.

Flakes!! Who runs this site? I had always thought it was reputable.
Like the other reviewer; a stoned sounding guy says "hello-o" then dead air. These flakes have listed my business a "permanently closed" It has NEVER been closed!! They also have a defunct Google business website link I NEVER provided to them.
